Beverly Anderson
President/CEO
BECU
Beverly Anderson is President and CEO of Seattle-based BECU, the fourth-largest credit union in the United States. A financial services veteran with more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles in the banking and payments industries, Ms. Anderson is responsible for all aspects of leading an organization with over 1.4 million members and $30 billion in assets. She joined BECU in December 2022. Ms. Anderson was named as one of the Most Powerful Women in Credit Unions in 2024.
Ms. Anderson previously held executive roles at Equifax, Wells Fargo, and American Express. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in business from Florida A&M University. Anderson serves on the BECU Board of Directors and is an independent Board Director for Expedia Group, Accion and Harvard Business School African-American Alumni Association.
Leigh Brady
President/CEO
State Employees' Credit Union
Leigh Brady is the President/CEO of State Employees’ Credit Union (SECU). Prior to being named President/CEO in July 2023, she was Chief Operating Officer. Having been at SECU for over 37 years, Leigh began her career as an accountant at the credit union and served in a variety of operations positions, helping to grow the Credit Union, which serves over 2.8 million members and operates branches in all 100 North Carolina counties.
Brady holds a BA in Accounting from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Meredith College. Leigh currently serves on the Carolinas Credit Union League Board of Directors and on the Executive Committee of America’s Credit Unions’ CEO Council. She also serves on the North Carolina State University Poole College of Management Finance Advisory Board. Leigh is married and has three adult children.
Marsha Majors
President/CEO
U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union
Marsha Majors is President/CEO of U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union in Albuquerque, NM. With more than 30 years of CU experience, she has developed a history as a dynamic leader who has devoted her career to the credit union’s mission, to create a world where people matter more than numbers.
Tonita Webb

Verity Credit Union
Tonita Webb, DBA, was named the CEO of Verity Credit Union in early 2021, the first woman and Black American to be named CEO in the organization's history. She continues to move Verity forward with a strong vision for harnessing financial tools, data, and technology, and a passion for DEI, to enhance the lives of underserved community members.
As an Air Force veteran, a DBA, and a mother of four, Tonita leads by example and gives herself freely to her community work. She currently serves on the boards of Filene Research Institute and serves on the National Credit Union Foundation's FinHealth Fund Committee.
Ashley Franklin

SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union
Ashley Franklin is a vibrant professional with diverse experience in banking, team member and community relations. She is a collaborative and transformational leader, focused on helping those she lead find the leader in themselves. Ashley studied Psychology and Biology at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) where she received her degree in 2007 and in 2016 she received her MBA from the University of Redlands.
Ashley joined SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Tustin, California as a Branch Manager, in 2012 and was promoted to Vice President of Branch Operations where she currently leads fifteen branches in the Los Angeles County area.
