Andy Manthei is currently a Change Cultivator with GreenPath Financial Wellness. Andy has been with GreenPath for 15 years and has empowered people to lead financially healthy lives in his previous role as a GreenPath Financial Wellness Certified Counselor. Before joining the GreenPath family, Andy was a credit union branch manager and loan officer.

Through his journey, Andy has taken on leadership roles fiercely advocating as an Ally in several key IDEA(Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access) initiatives at GreenPath including Innovations like Credit Escalator, Filene’s Racial Economic Equity Incubator, AACUC’s Generation Boost, and becoming an organizational Ally with CUPride.

Economic and Social Justice are key drivers of Andy’s work seeking paths to build trust and connection with marginalized and underserved communities to close racial wealth gaps through human-centered design, behavioral science, and empathy so we can Remix the American Dream so it works for EVERYONE.




Frederick J. Pellum III

Former Associate Professor of Digital Media. For 11 years, he taught at several universities including The University of Miami, Elizabeth City State University, and Alabama State University. While teaching in academia, he learned the fundamentals of building wealth. He quickly realized that the core of this information was unquestionably valuable, yet not widely known within certain communities. He has taken the passion he has for teaching and community empowerment and has now served as a registered Investment Advisor Representative. His expertise has led to his appointment as a Regional Vice President for PFS Investments.

In an effort to make high-level fiscal education accessible to those who need it most, Frederick Pellum seeks out and trains people from various backgrounds to join him in his mission. His one-on-one coaching has prepared over 90 licensed agents and 13 investment broker dealers to teach families how to build for the future. As an Educator, Entrepreneur, Financial/Investment Advisor and Professional Financial Trainer, Frederick J. Pellum III continues to be an information bridge between financial illiteracy and financial freedom.



Kelli Holloway
Financial Literacy Expert

Kelli Holloway is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina and began her career with State Employees’ Credit Union in 2009. For the past 14 years, she has been influential in building programs and initiatives to connect SECU employees to members and the community. In her former role as senior vice president of outreach, she directed financial education, community involvement and volunteer engagement efforts for the organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She’s an active advocate for the mission of  AACUC, previously serving as vice chair to the Southern Regional Chapter. She is the recipient of AACUC’s 2020 Chairman’s Award and was named Leadership Professional of the Year in 2022. She is a wife to Michael and mother to Zoie (6) and Ava (3), with whom she loves spending quality time. Kelli’s family recently relocated to Houston, Texas where she plans to continue purposeful community outreach work and consulting.
