Alexandra Kramer
Researcher
National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL)

Alexandra Kramer is a researcher in the Integrated Sciences for Energy Transitions (ISET) group at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). Her research is on the equitable deployment of clean energy technologies, including dimensions of clean energy adoption like workforce development, consumer protection, barriers to adoption, and energy justice, among others. She is currently the co-lead of the Building Business Network (B-Biz), the principal investigator for projects on residential solar-related consumer protection, and supports several community-led programs and technical assistance efforts. She received her master's degree for Carnegie Mellon University in Energy Science, Technology and Policy from the College of Engineering with top program honors. 



Emma Miller
Researcher
National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL)

Emma Miller is a researcher in the Community Energy Transitions group at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). Her work focuses on expanding energy access in Low-Income and Disadvantaged Communities. Emma is the lead of lender outreach for the Community Power Accelerator, a tool from NREL and the DOE that works to increase access to capital and connect community developers and capital providers. Emma lives in Boulder, CO and studied Developmental Economics at Dartmouth College.



Michelle Outlaw
President, FAMU Federal Credit Union

Supervisory Grant Management Specialist, SBA

Michelle currently services as President of FAMU FCU; Chief Operating Officer for American Spirit Federal Credit Union and Supervisory Grant Management Specialist for Small Business Administration. Additionally, she currently consults with a variety of organizations utilizing her prowess in training clients on technological systems and operational platforms.   She has over 35 years of experience working with credit unions and banks primarily in credit (consumer, business, and commercial lending), accounting, and risk management (auditing, loan review, and compliance).  Michelle is known for her ability to utilize her skills and talents to overhaul departments, identify inefficiencies, and provide solutions for improvement.

Michelle owns Charismata 365 which is a global company encompassing Charismata 365 Ministries and Charismata 365 Financial Management.  Charismata 365 Financial Management offers audit, regulatory, and compliance management.  Michelle also owns CEO Doctor Finance where the motto is: Looking at Things Differently! She discusses how everything is about the economics, offering prudent financial management to help individuals become the top CEO of their finances by offering assistance in financial literacy and financial counseling for individuals, companies, and organizations.
