As a member, AACUC wants to directly invest in your future through an innovative program with the help of GreenPath Financial Wellness. 

The Build to Prosper grant is being awarded to small* credit unions that are looking to offer their members financial health and wellness education and counseling. This grant covers the cost of the establishment of a new relationship with GreenPath Financial Wellness and monthly expense for cobranded resources for one year.

Credit Unions are passionate about their members having access to financial services, education, and counseling. 

AACUC is aware that some of our smaller credit unions have resource constraints in establishing supportive programming for some key strategic plans like:

• Access to financial counseling: Many are seeing an increase in member financial hardship and want more counseling resources.

• Expanding financial literacy efforts: They’re planning more community outreach and plan to use our workshop kits.
• Support with loan denials: a need for additional tools and guidance here.

GreenPath Financial Wellness is a 65-year nonprofit that provides significant resources for financial health and wellness education, counseling, partner support and strategy planning, impact reporting, content delivery and so much more.

AACUC continues to remain firmly committed to the support of our small credit unions and excited to offer this to our members along with implementation support.  

*For this program, small credit unions are loosely defined as a credit union with members under 3,000 members.
