PFP Credit Union Currency Access
PFP Credit Union Currency Access
Thursday, January 23, 2025 (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM) (EST)
Description
The evolution of credit union’s access to and engagement with their membership shapes their effectiveness in educating and protecting the communities in which they serve. There is no doubt that the need for financial counseling along with the dissemination of appropriate products and programs remains profound. To that end, the most strategic analysis today’s leadership teams can complete is a comprehensive assessment of every channel of access from the institution to its members. There is no stronger connection between a credit union’s success and failure than their ability to effectively engage with, educate and protect the entirety of their membership wherever the members are and however they desire.
In this half day seminar, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, you will leave with a personal assessment of your credit union’s ‘access to its members’ along with immediate take-aways that can be implemented by your teams. By understanding consumer behavior and technology advancements in our industry, you will see how the credit unions fared in keeping up with community needs and the requirement to remain relevant in the movement.
You will leave with questions to bring to your team along with suggestions on how to advance your plan regardless of the level of access you currently possess. There is no doubt that credit unions house the currency for their membership. While the mission of the movement has always been to provide access to financial products and services to the communities in which they serve, it is each credit union’s ACCESS to those communities that holds their true value. A credit union’s currency in 2025 is measured by one word: ‘Access’ to their membership.
