Kent joined InTouch Credit Union (ITCU) as President & CEO in February 2005. Under his leadership ITCU has grown to $1.1 billion in assets, 17 branch locations, and two national contact centers in three states while increasing products, services, member satisfaction and profitability. Kent has a Bachelor’s degree from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, MBA degree from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, over 35 years of financial institution management experience, and is currently on sabbatical from pursuing his PhD in Applied Management Science focusing on Leadership & Organizational Change at Walden University. He serves on several credit union movement boards, groups, and committees, and is currently the parliamentarian for the Carver Baptist Bible College, Institute & Theological Seminary Board of Trustees in Kansas City, Missouri.
