The VP-Retail Services will play a critical role in delivering on Intrepid’s commitment to its membership. Responsible for branch operations and service excellence, the VP-Retail Services will establish a sales-as-a-service culture and provide leadership to help the branch network achieve desired results. Your ability to motivate, problem solve, and build effective teams will be vital to your success in this role. 

The VP-Retail Services should be someone who is highly adaptable and exhibits a positive attitude towards members and fellow employees while instilling a team atmosphere and spirit of collaboration throughout the branch network. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of coaching and staff development, providing onsite guidance and coaching to the branch personnel from a sales and service perspective. Along with branch operations, the VP-Retail Services will also oversee the contact center.  

With branches across the state of Montana, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys to get on the road and travel, as the VP-Retail Services will serve as a mentor to staff and a direct link from retail operations to senior leadership. 

Reporting directly to the CEO, your expertise in retail delivery and execution will be relied upon as Intrepid continues to grow and fulfill its promise to its membership.
