As the leader of our technology division, the SVP/Chief Information Officer (CIO) supervises a team of three direct reports and is responsible for overseeing all IT functions, including technical infrastructure, application development, websites and mobile apps, information security, office automation, telecommunications, and cybersecurity disaster recovery functions. This is not just a technical role, though! Our SVP/CIO is also a visionary leader, influencing future growth opportunities to achieve long-term goals that drive our service differentiation and value proposition.

The SVP/CIO position is tailor-made for a strategic technology leader who excels in collaborative efforts and building trust to develop and implement effective strategies, actions, programs, and processes, aligning with the credit union’s strategic objectives. The ideal SVP/CIO is a solutions-oriented, inclusive leader poised to research, evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions, fostering growth opportunities. As part of the Executive Team, the SVP/CIO works effectively across functions to guide the credit union.

Share your formal education, including at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems. Financial institution experience is strongly desired.

The salary range for this senior leadership role is $240,000 to $280,000 annually. Fully qualified candidates may expect to earn the midpoint.
