Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the President/CEO serves as the credit union's chief strategist, culture champion, and organizational leader. This executive is responsible for advancing the credit union's mission, developing long-term strategy, ensuring financial strength, and fostering an exceptional experience for members and employees alike.

Working in partnership with the Board and executive leadership team, the CEO will identify opportunities for sustainable growth, strengthen community relationships, champion innovation, and ensure the organization remains responsive to the evolving needs of its members. Success in this role will require balancing strategic vision with operational excellence while preserving the values that have made First Heritage a trusted financial partner.

Successful candidates will bring a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive executive leadership experience within a credit union, community bank, or other financial institution, along with a demonstrated record of strategic leadership, financial stewardship, organizational development, and community engagement. A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree or relevant executive certifications are preferred.
