As Chief Lending Officer, you'll provide strategic leadership for all lending functions, including consumer, mortgage, commercial, and indirect lending. As a member of the executive leadership team, you'll drive portfolio growth, ensure sound credit quality and regulatory compliance, and help shape the credit union's long-term strategic direction.

Beyond overseeing lending operations, you'll lead a talented team, strengthen lending programs, champion process improvements, and leverage technology to deliver an exceptional experience for members and employees alike.

Successful candidates will bring 8-10 years of progressive lending leadership experience within a credit union or retail banking environment.

Candidates should have a broad understanding of lending and portfolio management. Demonstrated success in developing and executing lending strategies that drive growth. 

A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree or other advanced professional designation is preferred.
