Revity Credit Union (Revity) is a growing, forward-thinking financial institution with deep roots and a strong legacy of serving members and communities. 

Revity is seeking a Chief Lending Officer to drive lending strategy and support the continued growth, performance, and quality of its loan portfolio. This is an opportunity for an experienced lending executive to help shape the future of consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending while strengthening member relationships and supporting smart, sustainable growth.

Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the Chief Lending Officer will serve as a key member of senior leadership and a strategic partner across the organization. This leader will oversee lending operations with sound judgment, strong financial discipline, and the ability to balance growth, profitability, service, and risk in alignment with Revity’s long-term goals.

What you will bring:

Strong experience in consumer and mortgage lending within a financial institution (credit union or banking)

Commercial lending experience is a significant plus

Strategic, market-aware lending leader with the ability to grow the portfolio responsibly 

Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and sound underwriting practices

Ability to analyze lending performance, market trends, and portfolio opportunities

Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute meaningfully to organizational goals

Demonstrated ability to lead lending teams and develop talent

8-10 years of lending experience at the senior management level

A degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred, but not required, with strong, relevant executive lending experience

Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000
