8+ years of senior-level financial leadership within a bank or credit union 

Deep expertise in ALM, liquidity strategy, investments, and enterprise risk

Confidence in presenting to the Board and partnering with regulators

A strong foundation in accounting and finance (Bachelor’s required)

A collaborative leadership style that develops talent and builds accountability.

Succession-Oriented Opportunity: Cross-training to learn CEO functions as part of long-term organizational planning

Compensation: $250,000 - 300,000 Annually
