Sno Falls Credit Union is seeking a Chief Executive Officer who will lead with clarity and purpose, balancing financial performance, member experience, employee engagement, and community impact. The next CEO will strengthen the organization’s foundation, expand its reach, and deepen its role as a trusted financial partner.

The Opportunity
The CEO serves as the visible face of the organization, creating a strong and healthy corporate culture that engages employees and creates value for members. In close partnership with the Board of Directors, this leader brings strategic vision to life, grounded in trust, transparency, and shared accountability.
This role requires both imagination and discipline: guiding the organization through growth and transformation, strengthening its presence in the community, and positioning the credit union as a central, trusted financial partner in an increasingly competitive, fintech-driven environment.
What You Will Do
Advance the credit union’s vision and help define its next phase of growth and relevance
Ensure long-term financial sustainability through strategic planning and disciplined execution
Partner closely with the Board to maintain alignment, transparency, and trust
Lead the organization with clarity and accountability across all operations and subsidiaries
Navigate the intersection of financial performance, member experience, employee engagement, and community impact
Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand reach and strengthen market presence
Guide the organization through transformation, serving as a steady and intentional change leader
Elevate and strengthen the credit union’s visibility and influence within the community and industry
Champion employee and community engagement, building a strong, visible presence, and ensuring the organization remains actively connected to the communities it serves
What You Bring to the Role
Seven–10 years of progressive executive-level leadership, with success leading growth and transformation
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or a related field; commitment to ongoing professional development
Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive performance and long-term sustainability
Experience collaborating effectively with Boards, including governance alignment, transparency, and strategic partnership
Expertise in financial technology, payments, AI, and emerging innovations such as stablecoin
Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management practices
Broad, enterprise-wide perspective with the ability to lead across all functions as a generalist executive
Proven success in change management, leadership development, and succession planning
Ability to align strategy, operations, people, and technology into a cohesive, forward-looking organization
Established credibility and leadership within the financial services and credit union industry
Active engagement in industry associations, networks, and strategic partner relationships
Compensation: Salary is $200,000 - $240,000 plus incentive. Sno Falls Credit Union is committed to providing a comprehensive and competitive benefits package that supports the health, financial well-being, and work-life balance of its employees.
