Through coordinated advocacy efforts, shared resource development, and joint policy initiatives, work to ensure that diversity and inclusion principles are woven throughout the credit union movement's legislative priorities, regulatory engagement, and industry best practices. This strengthened alliance enables the credit union sector to speak with greater authority and impact on issues ranging from workforce diversity and board representation to community development and underserved market expansion, ultimately advancing the cooperative principles that have long defined the credit union difference while meeting the evolving needs of an increasingly diverse membership base.
